Nothing would make him happier than me begging him to rip up some of what little grass we have yet to plant a variety of new plants or veggies. This isn't necessarily a good thing - let's just say we have the most "interesting" looking yard in the neighborhood - but he gets such pleasure out of being a Yard Warrior that I don't have the heart to stop him in the name of good taste and aesthetics. If only I could channel a fraction of that curiosity and drive into indoor housework. My DH loves a project, so long as it’s in the yard.
